When you shop with us we collect the information needed to process and deliver your order and to support you — your name, contact details, delivery address, and order details. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. We also collect limited technical and usage data (such as device and analytics information) to run and improve the site. With your consent we may use your email for marketing, which you can opt out of at any time.

We use essential cookies to make the site work and, where you consent, analytics and ad-measurement cookies — including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel — to understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs. These can share limited data, such as the pages you view and actions you take, with Google and Meta. You can manage your choice at any time through the “Privacy choices” control on the site; nothing beyond essential cookies loads until you consent where consent is required in your region.

To fulfil your order we share the details needed for delivery (such as your name and shipping address) with the supplier who dispatches your item. Some suppliers are located overseas, which means your information may be transferred outside your country. We share information with service providers (payment, hosting, analytics, and email) only as needed to run the store, and we don’t sell your personal information.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing, by contacting us at hello@vorvania.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights (for example under the GDPR or US state privacy laws); we’ll honour those that apply and respond within the timeframe the law requires.
