Shipping & delivery

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If a destination is not offered at checkout, we are unable to ship to it at this time. Any shipping charges and the available methods are shown before you pay.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. A large part of our range is stocked in United States warehouses: those items usually arrive within 3–11 business days of ordering, and their product pages show a delivery estimate next to the add-to-bag button. Items fulfilled by overseas maker and supplier partners take longer: as a guide, most arrive within 10–20 business days after dispatch, though remote regions and customs can add time.

Any timeframe shown on a product page or at checkout is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. We update these windows as our fulfilment network changes; if an item is running materially longer, we’ll let you know.

Charles Allen Toyn trading as Vorvania is the seller of record for your order. Some items are dispatched directly by our partner suppliers, including from outside your country.

Country of origin varies by item and is not always the country a product ships from. Where an origin or material is stated on a product page, it reflects supplier-provided information.

Where tracking is available, it is emailed once your order is dispatched. Because some items are dispatched by overseas suppliers, any import duties or taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, an incorrect address or unpaid customs charges), we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment or a refund of the item price less any non-recoverable shipping costs.
