Terms of sale

These goods are sold by Charles Allen Toyn trading as Vorvania, business registration 76 544 143 996 (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us at hello@vorvania.com. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to place an order.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Taxes or duties may apply depending on your location and, where applicable, are shown at checkout or set by the destination country. Prices and product information may change before an order is placed. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout; we don’t store full card details.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, an order looks fraudulent, or a genuine pricing or description error occurs — and will refund any amount already paid.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we’ve received payment in full. Delivery timeframes are estimates — see our Shipping & delivery policy.

We take care to describe and picture products accurately, but colours, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly from what appears on your screen, and specifications can change as suppliers update their products. Nothing on the site is a guarantee that a product is fit for a particular purpose beyond what’s stated.

The site, its content, and the Vorvania name and branding are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. You agree not to misuse the site — for example by interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to those rights, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms and any order placed under them are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia, and disputes may be heard in the courts sitting there. This does not limit any non-waivable right you have to bring a claim under the consumer-protection law of the country where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
