OPEN AND SEAL
Each side of the machine does one job. Slide the cutter edge along the top of a bag and it opens cleanly; press the sealing edge along the same line and the bag is heat-sealed shut again. No clips, no rubber bands, no folded-over corners.

An open bag goes stale in days; a heat-sealed one keeps its crunch. Resealing airtight slows the dehydration and freezer burn that send half-finished bags to the bin, so chips, nuts, and frozen food last longer and less gets thrown away.
